We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time. If there is a change in pricing, it will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Consultation Fees: If a consultation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you may be entitled to a refund or rescheduling at the discretion of SSBM Consulting LLC.

• Service Packages: Refunds for service packages or other services rendered will be provided based on the terms of the individual agreement signed between you and SSBM Consulting LLC.

• No Refunds will be issued for any completed services or advice provided.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services provided by SSBM Consulting LLC are based on our professional knowledge and expertise. However, SSBM Consulting LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes or results of the services provided. You acknowledge that tax law is complex and subject to change, and we are not responsible for any tax liabilities or issues that arise after services have been rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSBM Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or income, arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services that are the subject of the claim.
